From there, she branched out into the production of corporate videos and advertising, and went on to manage the company’s corporate donation and sponsorship program, as well as an employee-focused giving back platform. Kea is most proud of a fundraising initiative she began to raise money for a local children’s hospital, that since inception has raised more than $14 million — a program that continues to this day.

 

Casting is a key component of documentary programming, and since joining Network in 2015, Kea has helped pull together all-star rosters of talent for a wide range of films, including nine I Am productions. Kea’s gift for developing and maintaining relationships, along with her impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, have had a significant positive impact on Network’s casting process and outcomes.
